We showed you them at Oulton Park and now they are back to amaze everyone at Snetterton. These trucks have 1000bhp and are incredibly fast and exciting to watch as they side and gurn their way around the fast circuit of Snetterton.... [MORE]
RADIO CONTROLLED DRIFTING
The D1RC Championship is back! If you have never seen Radio Controlled scale drifting you cant miss these guys. Laying on a demo in the paddock they are great fund to watch and with the competitors taking it extremely seriously with car setup and performance. FORMULA FORD RACING
The Avon Tyres Formula Ford 1600 Northern Championship gets underway at Oulton Park at the Time Attack event with a double header, which will also be the season opener for the Champion of Oulton.
Cars in Formula Ford are powered by the famous 1600cc Kent engine and there are different classes for new and older chassis. The Pre 90 class is for cars manufactured up to the end of 1989 while the Post 89 class caters for cars built from 1990 onwards. Within those categories there are further class divisions depending on the age of the car. Formula Ford racing is tough, close and very cost effective. For over 4 decades it has proven to be the ideal training ground for young drivers looking to progress up the motorsport career ladder.
